Title |
Innovation as a bi-product of SCRUM
|
Description |
We are often reminded, “if you are not doing SCRUM by-the-book, than you’re not really doing SCRUM”.
During this presentation, we will analyze some of the contradictory practices of SCRUM that can potentially prevent teams from becoming more innovative and offer potential solutions.
By comparing the success characteristics of today’s most innovative companies and individuals against the SCRUM Framework, the participant will be able to apply real world examples of how SCRUM can help them become more creative.
