New Way to Change Culture
One of the biggest impediments to Agile-Lean adoption is an organizational culture. Typical culture models (like the Schneider model) are static. They explain the current state and its consequences, but they don’t offer so much guidance how to change the culture.
During the talk we will focus on practical implications of two coherent, modern models of culture development:
leadership, spiral dynamics, tribal leadership
