Despite  good intentions very often people interpret things differently from one another in profound ways. That is why working in a team is quite a challenge especially when you have to work on an IT projects with people from different parts of the world.

 

During the  workshop you will have a chance to take part in a simulation game on cultural differences and learn that one must understand and reconcile these differences if he or she wants to function effectively in a cross-cultural group.
