Simulate your sprint to find problems before they fail your sprint
Think, if you can practise your sprint beforehand. How about, if you can transform your retrospective meetings into mental exercises where you can make possible problems visible before they actually happen.
Teams possess plenty of tacit knowledge gained by experience which is very difficult to document.
In my talk I am going to present a new way to utilize this vast hidden knowledge - a gamified 3D virtual approach for practising real life challenges. I will also discuss what kind of benefits this kind of approach provides compared to traditional training and coaching.
In the game real-life data is used and team members learn:
- How to get the best out of agile ways of working
- Whether to pivot or persevere in situations derived from real life
- Rehearse upcoming situations and challenges beforehand
- Share good practices.
