Evolve & Disrupt by Claudio Perrone
Evolve & Disrupt
The conditions found in many organizations can be very hostile to people who try to introduce change. Yet, improvement without change is impossible.
And while these companies glorify and reward the unsustainable acts of very visible firefighters and autocratic leaders, they invariably expose themselves to disruption in the marketplace.
In this cartoon-style and action-packed session, Claudio will illustrate vivid examples of how A3 Thinking (a Lean management approach originated from Toyota), Popcorn Flow (a new Lean Change method he created) and Job-To-Be-Done (a theory and emerging strategies to extract customer insights) can dramatically accelerate the rate of change and create solid opportunities for breakthrough innovation.

Powerpoint presentation. No particular constraints or requirements.
As for the personas, this session is for everyone involved in the value-stream as it illustrates better ways of thinking, understand customer needs and running change experiments. My theory and practical experience suggests that the personas indicated above would likely find value :-)
I presented part of this session at the Lean Kanban Central Europe conference in Germany in November 2014 - http://www.slideshare.net/cperrone/evolve-or-die-a3-thinking-and-popcorn-flow-in-action-lkce14
As often happens, the session itself is in continous evolution and will likely further evolve by the time it reaches AgileEE.
A third part (dedicated to disruptive innovation) is currently unpublished, although I will present it as a keynote at the largest Agile conference in Israel at the end of January.
