The Agile Transition in the Digital Transformation
"Agile to the Core" will analyze the impact of Digital Transformation on Agile transition and present practical tips to leaders and Agile Coaches for managing the Agile change in the new organization environment.
"Digital Transformation" is one of the major changes in the 21st century. Gartner described this revolution as
This transformation goes to the heart of business core, changes the way companies create value to customers and, as can be seen in numerous cases, brings new kinds of products, services and business models: Kindle- developed by Amazon to sell digital e-books, cigarettes to become "Electronic cigarettes", the revolutionary "Autonomic Car" currently developed by the Automotive industry and the IOT (Internet of Things) technology which connects all devices to the internet, collecting data and enabling remote control.
The digital transformation will re-define every traditional company as a technology and software company.
This will change the structure of management in companies. New "C" level executives will be appointed to assist the CEO: Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Chief Data Officer and Chief Innovation Officer, to name a few, will work side by side with the CIO and CTO.
The Agile transition must consider the new organization structure and political environment. "Agile to the core" is based on actual experience in leading Agile transition in such organizations.
