Steps for participants of SCRUMguides’s events (All events of SCRUMguides are signed ‘SCRUMguides’ on the frame of events on the Home page):


  • Register in the system Confeture
  • Choose an event that you would like to visit
  • Sign up for the event
  • Choose the type of payments. Option «on-line credit card payment" - the payment is made directly by Ukrainian service of accepting payments (more detailed description of this type of payment is provided below). When you choose a payment method "bank transfer for individual/ legal entity’ – you’ll get a bill by e-mail during 24 hours
  • After your payment , there will be the status Paid in your profile
  • Receive the —Āonfirmation of payment via email
  • Receive your ticket no later than one week before the event



Steps for participants of other events:


  • Register in the system Confeture
  • Choose an event that you would like to visit
  • Sign up for the event
  • All further steps - the type of payment, receiving a ticket / invitation, possibility of a refund are created by the organizer of this event, who will contact you later


Administration of Confeture is only responsible for the first three steps.


Types of payments:

  • bank transfer for individual and legal entity (UAH, EUR, USD, RUB)
  • credit card on-line (Visa, MasterCard) by Ukrainian service of accepting payments

Invoice is valid for 3 business days. If there is no payment within the specified period, the account is canceled.


Payment by Ukrainian service of accepting payments is Ukrainian online payment service. Everyone can pay for goods and services on the website or websites of partners, using Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card of any bank in the world. provides the latest technology and methods of protection of online payments, providing maximum safety of cardholders data.

We accept Visa and MasterCard issued by any Ukrainian banks or worlwide. 



  1. Select the company you need to pay to in the appropriate section (public utility services, mobile phone accounts, Internet payments, etc.) on Web site.
  2. Fill out the payment form (all fields required for payments). Click on “Pay”.
  3. Enter card details on the next page: 16-digit card number (on the front side of the card), validity period and the CVV-code (three digits on the back side of the card). Click on “Continue”.
  4. When the payment is successfully completed, you will be offered to receive the receipt on your email or to have it printed. The receipt proves that the payment was made. The amount of payment will be accrued to the relevant service account within 10 minutes.
  5. In case the payment was rejected by the bank, you can try again or find out why it was rejected by contacting the call center of the bank that has issued your card.


Refund Policy for paid invoices (only for participants of events by SCRUMguides):

70% of the ticket’s price may be returned when requested no later than 2 weeks before the event.

If the request is later than 2 weeks before the event the ticket’s price will not be returned.

There is the possibility of replacing the participant.

For replacement of the participant, you have to register the new participant and send the data for replacement to email address
